How warning messages scheduled in MAC layer?

If ETWS message available to schedule then how it will schedule to idle mode UE's.If all UE's in idle mode then will this give to each UE multiple time or single time transmission.

Hi,

This is implementation specific , operator has to make sure while configuring DRX timers. UE should get configured with less IDLE time so that within few re transmission all UE will receive the ETWS message. ENB should try sending ETWS when max UE in on duration.
