As per "ETSI TS 136 523-1 V8.0.1" Topic: 7.1.1.1 : CCCH mapped to UL SCH/ DL-SCH / Reserved LCID (Logical Channel ID) So, what do we mean by "Reserved LCID (Logical Channel ID)" here?
How ever same ENB is handling source and target cell, then why do we need handover just RACH is enough to make synch ?
What is padding BSR and why it is needed? How ever normal BSR also can carry same information but why do we need specific padding BSR?
