there is no difference between default and dedicated bearers. Default bearers will be established at the time of PDN connectivity request, dedicated bearers will be established at the time of service request or any DL data arrives. Bearers properties will be decided based on the QCI table. N-GBR bearer can be a default bearer.
I want to know what are all signalling message exchange between LTE network nodes while establishing a dedicated bearer ?
How does MME make out which tracking area is neighbor of which one ?
In LTE, when UE is first time attached to a network, it is usually allocated a default non-GBR bearer. Can this bearer be converted to a GBR bearer, without releasing the UE context at eNodeB?
