How many maximum logical channel groups can be created and how many logical channels are grouped to create a logical channel group id ? What characteristics of a logical channel are considered while putting them into a logical channel group ?
I don't know the complete use of CQI at eNodeB. Does it impact only downlink scheduling parameters or also considered while granting uplink resources ?
I went through 36.331 spec, there are various terms such as Srxlev, Q-hyst and so on are used. Can someone please give a brief overview of all the terms used during the cell selection and cell re-selection procedure ?
