Whe UE connected to multiple PDN how UE IP layer decides which PDN IP to send data?

Why does LTE allocates different IP to UE for each PDN?single IP is enough to handle UE right?can anyont share the scenario why do we need different IP for each PDN?

UE IP layes doesn't decide the PDN IP, it will forward the data into the bearer ,once ENB receives it then it gives to GTP the GTP will decide which TEID to use, based on TEID it forward to SGW and PGW.Each TEID will have its own unique configuration like which PDN and which SGW.
