When an eNodeB supports more cells, it results less no. of users per cell but at the same time users get more radio resources compare to single cell. More radio resources means high data rate and better user experience. Another use case is when an eNodeB has multi cells with different frequencies, it can support carrier aggregation. Carrier aggregation is a concept by which eNodeB can allocate more radio resource to a user if UE supports CA.

if ENB requests ue capability through UE capability enquiry message .In UE capability enquiry message enb includes eutra and utra.Now if UE is not supporting eutra how enb will know about this
