Is there any limitation such MENB and SENB should be same operation BW?

Why do we need different security keys in MENB and SENB? How ever UE is same then why do we need in dual connectivity?

No, it is not necessary master cell and secondary cells should operate in same frequency. As per my understanding of radio, if UE is trying to access two cells simultaneous then both the cells should be transmitting in different frequencies to avoid interference.

I am asking about bandwidth not band,like if MENB operating in 10Mhz BW then is it mandatory SENB should be 10 or not.

It is not necessary both M-ENB and S-ENB would be operating in same bandwidth. Dual connectivity mainly will be used in heterogeneous network (in combination of macro/pico/femto cells). And we know all these different kinds of cells not necessary to operate on same bandwidth.
