LTE: What happens when an UE move from old MME to new MME without doing handover ?

Here consider the old MME belongs to different pool compare to new MME.

UE will check tracking area code in SIB1 when it moves to new MME during idle mode mobility . If TAC is new then it will perform tracking area update with new mme.
