Is the CCR event time stamp adjusted to time zone . ?

Or is epoch seconds ?

Hi Prakash, I have very limited knowledge in Diameter protocol but I like to learn if I come across a new thing. Event-Timestamp AVP (AVP code 55) is of Time and it is represented in seconds since January 1, 1900 00:00 UTC.
