Or is epoch seconds ?
Hi Prakash, I have very limited knowledge in Diameter protocol but I like to learn if I come across a new thing. Event-Timestamp AVP (AVP code 55) is of Time and it is represented in seconds since January 1, 1900 00:00 UTC.

I have read 3GPP standards and I found many parameter determination with "spare1" or "spare2", etc. I want to ask what is its's meaning in this part.
3GPP = Third Generation Partnership Project
LTE= Long Term Evolution
UMB = Ultra Mobile Broaband
