LTE: How to calculate Subcarrier frequency value for transmit data?

In LTE, there is a few subcarrier frequencies for transmission.

For example, 1200 occupied subcarriers in 20 MHz bandwidth. Assume, I transmit 101010101010101010. How can I know which bit is transmitted by which subcarrier frequency? Is there any calculation?

InLTE there are different bandwidths like 1.4,Mhz, 3Mhz, 5Mhz, 10Mhz etc.... so how UE knows it and its cnter subcarrier?

How the eNB transmit the RAR message (on which time-frequency resources). And when the UE detects a RAR related with it, is it must wait for random access window to transmit msg3. I don't know when they transmit the RAR, Msg3 or Contention Resolution. Is there a special scheduling algorithm? Please answer that to person who don't know about how the data are mapped to Uplink/downlink resources from/to UEs.
