Ue doesn't support more UL power transmission , Max is 23dBm, if there is two carrier will it share the power like 11.5 and 11.5 or how the transmission will happen?
Say e.g UE have triggered 3 SR to ENB to get grant for different LC BSR,but ENB have given only one grant to UE, how UE will decide which BSR should sent in that grant in 5G?
During SPS , there wont be any DCI so how to control the UL power?
