LTE ENB gives aggregated LC grant to UE, and UE applies LCP, is it same in NR ?
How UE sends MSG3 in less grant? Will it wait for NEB to give grant or UE does one more RACH?
RAR includes UL grant, but this doesn't denotes the HARQ process ID, which one will be used in 5G?
