msg3 buffer is used to store when UE has msg3 , once it is transmitted t will be moved to HARQ buffer to handle the retransmission . So HARQ buffer is common for all the data in that particular HARQ process SF.
RAR includes UL grant, but this doesn't denotes the HARQ process ID, which one will be used in 5G?
Without MAC HARQ configuration how MSG3 is receiving ACK/NACK form ENB , As per my knowledge MAC configuration comes after connection request then how this is possible?
weather it is RRCConnection request or direct NAS message as ULInfotransfer?
