IMS Mobile termanated call to CS network

UE pertaining to an IMS network is roaming in CS Network (No VOLTE roaming agreement).
The IMS network is invoked in MT-call (I-CSCF, S-CSCF,...)
How the interaction to the CS domain (in the Visited network) is done?
How late call forwarding is done if the call is unanswered?

Can you please indicate the 3GPP specifications related to it?

Sometimes due to coverage hole issue in the LTE network, the ongoing VoLTE is continued to UE by using the CS network like GSM network. This is known as SRVCC (Single Radio Voice Call continuity). What messages are exchanged between network nodes when UE moves from LTE to GSM ?

In IMS VoLTE setting of a telecom network, what part/field of which type of packet (SIP, SDP, others...) gives authentic information of MSISDN-IP mapping? In the sample traffic, I see a lot of protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP, DIAMETER, ISUP, ....). I require to find out IPs assigned to phone numbers. I know RTP flows between end devices (phones), but I need to find out IPs before the call is established...
