Actual Situation, is there phase shift in 220 to 9 volt transformer input and output?

I bought a transformer and had studied theoretically how it works but i saw phase shifting etc. and ideal is not so real in real world. would there be a lagging or leading of phase in a transformer? no circuit load involve. What will it be then and how much is the discrepancy? I plan to create a diy watt meter, voltage and current input is important but i want isolation so i used transformer but i know phase is important when reading voltage and current right?

Can someone please write a C program to reverse "N" nodes of list. In the above question N= 3.
Program should be generic so it can work for any value assigned to N.

Input List => 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11
Output List => 3 2 1 6 5 4 9 8 7 10 11
for N=3

Input List => 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11
Output List => 4 3 2 1 8 7 6 5 9 10 11
for n=4
