Hi,
Measuring cell load is implementation specific. Depends on the geographic area operator decides the cell load and deploys more supporting cell or secondary cell.

Multiple parameter involves in cell load, Like number of UE (Here inactive UE and active UE), Max throughput in the cell and active users throughout , coverage area .

I have read 3GPP standards and I found many parameter determination with "spare1" or "spare2", etc.
I want to ask what is its's meaning in this part.

3GPP = Third Generation Partnership Project

LTE= Long Term Evolution

UMB = Ultra Mobile Broaband

interprocess is a communication mechanism like ipc as per my knowledge.
so in 3GPP also any interprocess is available or not?
