This is an absolute problem. Whichever brilliant genius thought it would be a great idea to design a vehicle with power only entry did not think of a contingency to entry when the battery is dead.
I have a 2003 Infiniti G35. I do not have remote access. Only access using a key. However, keyless entry or not, the doors use power to unlock themselves. I have a dead battery. Would pop the hood to jump it except that I need access to the inside to pop the hood. I would very much prefer not to resort to shattering a window. Is there a way to open the hood without using the hood release on the inside? If anyone can help by providing a solution or a reliable online source (which I'm having trouble finding), I would absolutely appreciate it. Thanks a million.
