This is based on the CORESET configuration. It is possible that UE can be configured without PDCCH resource then in that case i cannot receive paging. But for the commercial UE implementation gNB should not configure without common search space. It may be applicable for some special device which will not get MT data.
How does UE gets this configuration?
In LTE/5G everything works based on the IP. Incase of MT call , sender is not aware of destination UE IP then How does he make an request packet and how it reaches the destination, can anyone explain?
