SRB3 is used to send measurement report to gNB . But what is the use of this in NSA. Anyway NSA will not have RRC in gNB?
If Yes, how the configuration will be and what will be the scenario?
There is no IE in UE capability to describe UE's support on NSA NR , then How eNB gets this information.
UE will be in On duration after sending SR request to eNB but what if after SR if there is measurement gap falls? Will UE listens on PDCCH or UE moves to Measurement gap?
in LTE it will be part of RRC Connection Setup or RRCConnectionSetupReconfiguration But how this will be communicated in NR?
