If the target ENB doesn't have the UE context and no connection between source ENB, then how the packet forwarding happens. If UE is in AM mode then it might leads to an packet loss during RLF? how to avoid this scenario?
Will eNB uses old CRNTI or new temp crnti while responding for reestablishment request in msg3?
If HO fails the UE will initiate contention based reestablishment and connect to some ENB, But target ENB have provided the contention free Rach preamble , at failure case how long ENB will hold this preamble because it has to release for other UE?
