Does UE supports 256QAM in UL? How eNB gets this capability?

There is no IE in UE capability to describe UE's support on NSA NR , then How eNB gets this information.

Hi Dheerendra,

Yes, Few UE supports this capability in UL. Usually UE capability will be exchanged over RRC message called UE capability information. once eNB gets this message eNB can configure its lower layer.

The UE should have support for LTE category 16, 17, 18, 19 or 20 in Uplink.
