HARQ response only for CRC check. Where SPS Release would be only DCI and not an Data. DCI doesn't have CRC check so there is no HARQ response for SPS release.
If we disbale UL Implicit SPS release , what will be the impact?
Does UE has any implicit handle to tackle this situation?
NR has flexible HARQ response configuration, How this will notified? Is this notified in every SF?
