Does eNB sends configured grant to both NUL and SUL?

UE can listen only one BWP But incase of SUL and NUL weather UE listens two BWP ?

Yes, it is possible to send grant of both SUL and NUL simultaneously . There is an IE which says UE supports parallel transmission on NUL and SUL simultaneously simultaneousTxSUL-NonSUL.
