UE Active time includes after SR transmission as per UE spec. How long it stays in active time after SR transmission?

UE can be in DRX ON if it sends an SR request and stays untill it gets grant or max SR reaches. If MAX SR reaches then UE moves to Rach state and sends an RACH.
SR is transmitted and UE is in DRX mode, can UE monitor the PDCCH even after active timer expires?
UE will be in On duration after sending SR request to eNB but what if after SR if there is measurement gap falls? Will UE listens on PDCCH or UE moves to Measurement gap?
Reestablishment triggers after Source cell is detected as Radio ink failure, If UE is not able to detect any other cell during this time how long it can wait to find new cell to trigger Reestablishment .
