What is the use of TPC field in Carrier aggregation which has only PCELL UL?

If only PCELL UL is configured and What is the use of TPC filed in Scell DL DCI?

Hi Jagan,

As per my understanding, This TPC can be used in Carrier aggregation format1B N1 selection. i don't see any other use apart from this in Pcell UL model.
