What will be the CRM message if UE intitited rach for TA expiry?

Handover RACH will be initiated as Contention free, RNTI will be included in Mobility info. But while doing RACH What will be the RNTI value included in RAR? Will this be same as Mobility RNTI?

Hi Akhilesh,

Irrespective of reason of Rach, If UE includes CCCh SDU in msg3 then CRM will be same CCCH SDU.
If MAC CRNTI CE is used then there is no CRM explicitly sent by eNB, instead eNB has to give dynamic new UL grant on included CRNTI. By this grant UE can resolve the contention.
