What is the modulation scheme is used for broadcast message?Is it fixed?

Hi Akhilesh,

There will be an PDCCH indication an Broadcasted RNTI with DCI information. Where we have modulation used for this broadcast messages. So this will be configurable through PDCCH. eNB can select any of MCS range between 0 to 27.

For the best effect, eNB will be using lower MCS to reach all kind of UE's.
