What are all the scenario UE u=initiates an RLF with cause Max ReTransmission?

UE used NDI bit to decide the transmission is new or re transmission .When UE ignores this bit and continue.

Basically Its RLC Max Re-transmission which can come for SRB or DRB configured with RLC AM mode.
If UE is sending any data towards eNB and not receiving response from eNBs RLC layer, it triggers RLF with cause MAX Re-transmission.
