What are the protocol used between
1. Media Gateway Control and Media Gateway
2. Signaling gateway and Media Gateway Control

Between MG and MGC you have Megaco, MGCP and H.248
Between SG and MGC you have SIGTRAN protocols i.e. M3UA/SUA/M2UA/M2PA (only any one of these)
