CV upload options on QueryHome?

To enhance the usage of QueryHome we want to provide the option to upload your CV at QueryHome. Want to know your opinion on how you would like to see this feature -

1. Allow only doc/docx/txt file to upload with some Max Size (5 MB)
2. Only user urself can see the CV, no-one else except 3.
3. Possible recruiters can download you CV.
4. Only one copy of your CV will be retained in the system.

If you dont like to disclose your identity comment or answer as anonymous (logout and comment/answer)

I would say that do not allow user to upload the CV. All other websites are doing the same.
Instead of doing this create a custom page for standard CV and ask user to fill his/Her details.

It will have many advantages:
1- All user will have same pattern which is standard created by you. And recruiters like standard CV.
2- And give an option to download the CV after this process sothat user will have the latest standard CV which
is good in format and user will be happy.
3- It will save some memory also as each user will have only 2 pages or more based on condition applied by you.

4- Only one copy should be there in the system.
