The GTP-C messages are used for the control plane path management, for the control plane tunnel management and for mobility management.

I have a very small doubt. Does the "Create session request/response" messages represent path management ? And bearer related messages represent tunnel management ?

GTP-C (v2) in LTE is used for tunnel management, some of the signalling messages are listed below which use GTP-Cv2 protocol
