In case of horizontal handover UE is moved from one cell to another cell But with in the same ENB. So in this case how the security is activated and how key derived ?
Is it the wish of HSS or MME or UE ?
I know during the attach procedure, MME may get one authentication vector or more than one authentication vector. Now question arises, what is the use of keeping multiple authentication vectors at MME ?
