Requirements

• BE degree required with a strong academic record
• 2-4 years experience
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL a must
• PHP, HTML/CSS/XML/JavaScript, PYTHON, VB and general programming skills strongly preferred
• Prior experience in building infrastructure for scalable solutions strongly preferred
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred
• Fast learner
• achieve power-user status on multiple tools quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills
• Experience in designing creative presentations centered around data
• Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment

Responsibilities

• Be a part of a core team working to build a long-term, sustainable automation infrastructure to scale a variety of reporting solutions to Facebook clients in every tier globally
• Expand the scope and relevance of the solutions the team delivers through intensive data mining in internal database systems and by surfacing the right data to make more creative, convincing and insightful recommendations to clients
• Scale efforts by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives
• Develop compelling analyses and identify trends to execute data-informed initiatives that improve customer experience and drive growth of Facebook products
• Analyze client performance across initiatives in context of their business objective and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance
• Design professional external facing client material and decks that bring out insights and present complex data in a consumable format for various audiences like the senior leadership, high profile clients and internal teams
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams globally to drive results and to establish best practices and procedures
• Think and work independently with minimum guidance
