How to revert back mail in outlook 2013, which I sent by mistake or have wrong content?

I want to setup default CC in my outlook so that each mail which I sent should have my Manager in CC

Please follow the below process:

• Open Mail which already sent.
• Click on Action on top mail menu drop down will show
• On drop down select Recall this message
• By default it will delete unread mail from inbox of receiver mail box otherwise you can select replace option to replace unread copy of mail to new mail.
• Please make sure it will revert back mails which is unread.
