Cluster creation and adding Services through Apache Ambari Restful APIs

I want to create Cluster and want to add services through Apache Ambari Restful APIs. I am unable to call POST,PUT and DELETE Web Services successfully.

I am using Resful APIs client to work and trying to use below URL with POST request but not working.

POST REQUEST

What is the exact call that you are trying (with all the headers and parameters), and the response you are getting back from the server?

We have a small cluster of machines serving a wiki website. Search engine robots are allowed in to index the website and these create a lot of traffic that can affect the service. I would like to redirect all http requests from these robots to one of the machines in the cluster.

Any ideas for how to do this ?

We just installed HDP 2.2 through Ambari. We were under the impression that in HDP 2.2., the default deployment mechanism for HBase/Accumulo is through Slider (i.e., they are enabled by default for YARN). However, that does not seem to be the case. Can we choose to install HBase through Slider during HDP installation through Ambari? i.e., was there a customization option that we are missing

If Slider is not the default mechanism for HBase on HDP 2.2, why not?

WE are trying to setup HTTPS tunnelling to a backend server through Apache proxy but we are finding the client connect but Apache does not send through the traffic the backend server.

Config we have on our Apache proxy virtual host is

Anybody know what we are not doing correctly. Also we found Apache would not start without us putting in the root certificate. Thought it would not need any certificate for tunnelling so wonder if we have missed something.

I use apache 2.4 on centos.

I want to protect the access to a page (/my_folder/secure) with a cookie (in my exemple the cookie name is : my_cookie_name)

I would like that some machine with IP 192.1.1.10 and 192.1.1.11 can access the server without the cookie. This two IP address don't need to have the cookie for access to /my_folder/secure)

And all other IP address are redirect to address https://my_register_site.com if they don't have the cookie.

How to write this ? Some example, and of course it does not work.

I want to allow a directory " /var/www/html/ldap" to two users according to IPs (192.168.1.2 192.168.1.7):

 Order allow,deny
 Allow from 192.168.1.2 192.168.1.7
 Satisfy any
 AuthName "LDAP Authentication"
 AuthType Basic

 AuthBasicProvider ldap
 AuthzLDAPauthoritative off
 AuthLDAPURL ldap://192.168.1.3/dc=example,dc=com?uid?sub?(objectClass=*)
 Require valid-user

but I don't want to allow a sub directory to 192.168.1.7 (I want it to be allowed only to 192.168.1.2):
