There are two common ways to do so:
create a snapshot view on your laptop and synchronize with the latest work in the code repositories, or
use ClearCase Web to allow access to the repositories. This method of access provides the user with many of the capabilities that are available as if the user was connected to the development environment. The user can access ClearCase artifacts from any location that is Internet accessible if the administrator allows this.
