How to Programmatically clear the ASP.Net cache for Web Forms?

Question

If somke error occurs i want the system to redirect to some other page and not show he error message.

<customErrors
   mode="RemoteOnly" 
   defaultRedirect="~/Error.aspx" />

This is not working.
