How to create create WINDOWS7 installation CD from recovery partition of laptop to install another laptop?

Any suggestions?

I think you would do best following directions of the laptop manufacturer. Of course you could image what you have an use that.

You understand, though, that the recovery partition is for the machine on which it is placed?

I believe any copy of Windows on a Recovery partition is linked to the computer it is on and can't be used on any other.

I have a laptop which wont boot up due to a suspected hard drive gone bad. Ubuntu 13.04 64 bit was not shown at boot time when installed with Window 7 64 bit but Ubuntu 13.04 32 bit has no problem. Is there any memory problem ?

Is there a Win 7 installer downloadable from MS or elsewhere? My original discs have been lost :(

I found two programs in control panel with no name. I tried to uninstall but it does nothing. My request how to remove these two unknown programs.
1. BeStSavrForYuou
2. CouponExteNsion.

I had trouble; where ever I click and ad will pop up some asking high pay to fix it. I checked my firefox and other setting did not find any wrong, I have win7 on dell.
