How LTE network elements can have information of radio bearers even after UE detach?

I didn't get it completely. Could you describe it in detail ?
when UE detaches ,the dedicated bearer are released,but i read some where default bearer information were still there in enb.how it is ?

If you mean radio bearer then the SRB0 is the default radio bearer which is always there even after detach.
If mean EPS bearer then its not there.

I will give my answer on behalf of what i understood from your question. I guess eNodeB is the scheduler of resources. Now default and dedicated bearers are also provided by eNodeB. Coming to your question default bearer information would be available after detach. Now detach are of different types. Detach by UE initiated or Network initiated. Detach from EPS services or Non-EPS services or from both. So when it is just for EPS services in this case UE-MME peer signalling will not be detached. It would be present there. This is what you meant default bearer. This is what i could answer. Expecting someone else to clear it bit more.

If my question is valid then what could be the reason for HSS initiated UE detach procedure and which message is sent by HSS to MME to get triggered detach procedure ?
