Radio Access Bearers (RAB):
It is a service that provides to the non-access stratum for transfer of user data between User Equipment and Core Network by access stratum/signaling.

Radio Bearers (RB):
The service provided by the layer2 for transfer of user data between User Equipment and Serving RNC.

Radio Link (RL):
A radio link is a logical association between single User Equipment and a single UTRAN access point. Its physical realization comprises one or more radio bearer transmissions.

While calculating the PO in WCDMA, we need the value for Number of SCCPCH which carry PCH.
In SIB 5 we will get the SCCPCH info, But am not able to identify how many sccpch is for pch.

Note: SCCPCH carry FACH and PCH information

After a handover from LTE to WCDMA I noticed that there is always "Activate PDP context request" message.
However, in documentation, I found multiple call flows without that message, but with "Update PDP context".
What causes these differences?
