The main difference between cookies and sessions is that cookies are stored in the user's browser, and sessions are not.

1 : Session are temporary whereas Cookies are permanent.

2 : Session data is stored on server but Cookies are stored on user's computer.

3 : Cookies can be saved for future reference but Session can't. Because When user closes the browser ,Session data gets deleted.
