What is size and content of RACH first message (Random Access Preamble transmission) by UE to eNodeB.
Also if someone can explain the fields and sizes?

RA Preamble is a sequence not a message with fields (Check the Figure 5.7.1-1 of the 36.211) , consists of a cyclic prefix of length and a sequence part of length. The sequence length is 839 (139 for format 4).

The MAC layer sends to PHY the premable index, PRACH and target power. Based on that, PHY transmits the preamble sequence.
