As far as I know specification does not specify the theoretical limit of IP traffic. However downlink traffic shapping happen at PGW (PGW limits the traffic based on various factor and policies) where as uplink traffic shapping happens at eNodeB.

Hi all

Downlink TFTs is used just for P-GW to decide which bearer that packet should go.
It is not useful for UE (or i miss something?)

Therefore, why PGW sends Downlink TFTs to UE?

thanks
