Reinstalling Irfanview versiob 4.38 on Windows-8?

I have Windows 8.1 64-bit! Irfanview works fine for me but I've had to un-install.

Now I'm trying to re-install it to get it to function properly but it's telling me to manually create the directory and try again.

Are any of you experiencing this difficulty? Will/can some one please show me how to get this installed again and up and running?

I have the most up to date installment pack for Windows 8.1, How ever, every since I've had this, I can't install any more applications/programs. Not a single one.

Every thing else works fine. I keep getting "can't create temp folder" error every time I try to install new programs. I've deleted the temp folder and tried "install ad admin" and those things but nothing works.

Please help.

I recently got my new laptop with Windows 8 about a month back and found that its WiFi was flip flop. After disabling the MCAFEE and enabling the windows defender everything is FINE and even my system performance is also improved.

I am newbie in Apache concepts and only know Apache Tomcat. Following is my requirement, would anybody please help me how to setup.

I have a clustered JBOSS EAP 6.3 instances running on two different Windows 8 machines. Now I am planning to put a load balancer to dispatch the requests to these JBOSS clustered servers.

I am thinking of Apache httpds as a load balancer. What I got to know is these Apache web server will be available in source code and source code needs to be compiled as per the environment.

I am not finding any Windows 8 (64bit) Apache http installed in the Apache site. Would someone help me from where to download the Windows 8 (64bit) version of Apache httpd service.

And also any guide to setup the load balancer on Windows machine.
