LTE supports redirection for an UE in following cases:
1.)CSFB(CS Fallback enables Circuit Switch (CS) based voice and supplementary services to be offered together with LTE access. To allow subscribers to use existing CS based services such as voice, supplementary services and location based services from 3G/2G networks. CSFB temporarily moves subscriber from LTE down to 3G/2G during the call setup process. When the call is finished the UE should reselect the LTE network)
2.)Load balancing(in this case redirection parameters are used to go in RRC Connection release message)
