Does lte supports internet-offloading ? if yes then what are all possible ways to do so ?

The concept made by keeping mind the single top anchoring point as PGW,
So whether you roam in LTE,3G,2G,non-3GPP,WiFi all are at last interconnected to PGW/LTE.
and thus provides a seem less internet connections from LTE network, regardless of access type.
