unable to connect to the DB using Taod ORA-12571 TNS packet writer failure

unable to connect to the DB using Taod it throws below error:

ORA-12571 TNS packet writer failure

Please help.

Please close the Toad and restart it, if you are using the version: Toad for Oracle 11.6, then go to session menu and click on test connection. this resolve your issue.

Domain setting:

jdbc:informatica:oracle://localhost:1521;ServiceName=orcl;
