In short it is the repetition of the end of the symbol
explain in detail?its contains repeated symbols only or any other data
Its repeat of end of symbol only, though it was used for OFDMA only initially but seems people started using the same for single carrier also.

yes.one symbol having (0.5/7 ms) and (15kHz) in that maximum we can send 15kHz means? how much Hz cyclic prefix can get?
I could not get you, can you ask in detail??
In normal cyclic prefix .In one slot we have 7 ofdm symbols.
7 ofdm symbols having 7cyclic prefix.
1 prefix having 160 samples others are 140 samples between data 2048 * 7samples.
my  question is samples are 0's and 1's?whether its true or false.
samples is nothing but symbols?
Symbol and samples are different, Please go through the following doc which describe in detail about the phy layer.
