When google is going to update the pagerank, most of the toolbar is showing the pagerank as zero?

Question

When I install and open an android application with my tablet I have an error message which same that my tablet is Rooted and it is not compatible with the Google certification.
I check my tablet with the app root checker and apparently my tablet is unroot. I thing it's not correctly or not complitly unroot but don't know how to have a correct unroot code. Can someone help me?

Google’s John Mueller said in a Google Webmaster Hangout video that there will probably not be another Toolbar PageRank update ever. His exact word were -

We will probably not going to be updating it [PageRank] going forward, 
at least in the Toolbar PageRank.

So in short if your site is receiving a lot of traffic i.e search traffic but rank is still showing zero then most probably internal rank is high but tool bar is showing zero because its not updated -
