What are the low, mid and high channel arfcn numbers for uplink and downlink for GSM 900 and 1800 bands?

May I know the arfcn and freq for Low, Mid and High channels for GSM 900 and GSM 1800.

For GSM 900 its between 1 to 124 and for the GSM 1800 its 512 to 885.
